Floor plans and EPC

We usually ask one of our third-party contacts to undertake a floor plan or a 3D floor plan of your property, since this will help potential buyers to understand the layout and size of the property, then increasing their trust and our likelihood of success. At the same time, if necessary, we can take care of the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and the virtual tour, thus making the process seamless and stress-free.

Virtual Tours
