Kirstie studied Law at the University of Kent graduating with a 2:1 then completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law. She worked as a Paralegal for a variety of law firms based in London and Kent specialising in an array of different areas of law before qualifying as a solicitor and has over 6 years of experience in the legal industry including both contentious and non-contentious work.

Kirstie qualified as a Solicitor in June 2018 at a regional law firm having practised both Residential and Commercial conveyancing and now specialises in all aspects of Private Client including, but not limited to Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Areas of work

Wills, Probate and the Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Declaration of Trust and Probate sales.

Kirstie is looking to soon become a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
