Karina qualified in 2016 and recently joined Aletta Shaw to head up the Litigation Team. Prior to this, she has extensive experience working in various settings – from high street firms to a boutique firm in the City to a barristers’ Chambers.

She has considerable experience in various civil and commercial matters such as:

• asset tracing and recovery in multiple jurisdictions (eg: British Virgin Islands, France and Panama);
• enforcement of judgments;
• contentious probate;
• debt recovery;
• possession proceedings; and
• insolvency proceedings

Whether acting for a Claimant or a Defendant, Karina’s approach is to be pragmatic and act in the best interests of her clients, whether individuals or companies, and go above and beyond in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

In her spare time, Karina enjoys travelling, theatre, film and football (lukewarm Arsenal supporter).
