I came in to the Bexleyheath branch of this firm for a statutory declaration my work place needed.The lady lawyer was polite and asked to see ID and the declaration,then she witnessed me signing it and put a stamp.Best bit it cost only £5.The office environment is clean and very calming and they reply to email enquires quickly.ild definitely use them when i need legal representation.

I would recommend Aletta Shaw solicitors to ANYONE with a problem - in particular SAMIR MOFTAH who dealt with my TFL case. My situation was worsened in dealing with another solicitor previously in relation to a TFL fare evasion matter. The previous solicitors has pretty much given up after a response from TFL but then we approached ALLETA SHAW- Samir Moftah. After just 1 meeting he had given me confidence through a clear and practical plan of how we can approach the case. I was very worried and couldn’t think straight but he helped me along the way by always being there for any questions. Absolute legend in my and my family’s eyes !!! The one advice I will tell everyone is - FOLLOW WHAT HE SAYS. Trust me he knows what to do. He’s pretty much saved me with 1 day to go to court with a formal warning from the TFL. Emilia was fantastic too with always being there on the other end of the phone to answer any questions and assured me the case is being taken of. Tfl case went on for 6 months but Samir and his team managed to turn around the prosecution decision with 24 hrs to go to court. Thanks Aletta Shaw for saving my future. Will always be indebted to your help.

– Giving you regular costs advice in advance of incurring costs
– Agreeing on payment plans with you. Invoicing every month so that you can budget
– Offering a facility for payment by credit or debit card
How you can help keep your costs down
We charge for the work we do according to the length of time we spend on your matter including telephone calls, emails, preparing documents and writing letters.
Frequent, lengthy and unnecessary telephone calls or meetings with your solicitor will result in further costs to you. Therefore keep your calls to a minimum.
The clearer your instructions are, the quicker we can prepare your applications and statements and the less we will charge you. So, before you make a telephone call or come for a consultation, make a list of everything you need to let us know.
