Below is an estimate of our motoring offence fees you can expect to pay in a case.
Our prices listed below are subject to VAT and do not include disbursements, such as counsel’s fees for representation at Court or expert fees.
Our prices above would typically include-
- Initial consultation for up to an hour advising you on your prospects and likely sentencing
- Reviewing evidence provided by the prosecution
- Reviewing your mitigation and advising on the same
- Briefing counsel for the hearing
| Guilty Plea for any offence in which there will only be one hearing such as exceptional hardship or speeding offences-

| Failing to provide a specimen or Drink Driving if only one hearing-
|
£350-550.

| If either of the above requires a second hearing for sentencing, our fees will be | £500-£900.

Our prices above do not include not guilty pleas. Once we have the papers we can provide you with an estimate. Our hourly rates are £220.
If you plead guilty, your case will typically be finished on the day of your hearing. If you plead not guilty, this can take between 3-8 months.
