Clients of some firms are told that their work is being carried out by a 'lawyer'. Many people are not aware that the general term 'lawyer' does not necessarily mean that person actually holds any legal qualifications.

You will be given the name of the solicitor dealing with your transaction and this person will be able to return your calls and answer your queries in person with expert advice.

We must emphasise that moving house can already be a stressful time so the quicker and smoother the process can go the better. We believe that it is wise to instruct a company who works to alleviate that anxiety.
